This week Ellen is sitting down to talk bass with the ever popular touring session bass player Eva Gardner.

Eva has played with a variety of huge artists and bands. She was the original bass player for the rock band Mars Volta and since then has amassed an amazing CV playing with Gwen Stefani, Cher, Moby, Veruca Salt and Tim Burgess of the Charlatans.

But Eva is probably most famous as touring bass player with Pink who she’s played with consistently since 2007.

In this interview Eva talks about all aspects of her playing career and even gives us a little insight into the home life that got her started as daughter of rock star bassist Kim Gardner.
