We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

3. Digital Content & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

All products sold are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:

  • Access to the digital content begins immediately after purchase
  • You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the download or streaming has begun
  • You provide your consent to this immediate delivery

4. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • You must provide sufficient information to identify your order (e.g. name, email address, order ID)

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  • Repeated refund requests
  • Excessive consumption or download of course materials prior to requesting a refund

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
